- Armenia permanent residency. Their own fee is not stated, only the government route below. The published route is $6,000 government donation, or $10,000 investment with 70% returned in 12 months, a government cost rather than a service fee. What this page cannot tell you
4 of the 10 services publish a set-up price. 6 do not, and no amount of reading their pages changes that. Where a figure is missing here, it is missing there.
It also cannot tell you what any of this does to your own tax position, because that depends on where you are resident now and what your current country does when you leave.

FAQ
Where do these prices come from?
Every figure is published by First Class Citizen on its own service pages, and each row names the page it came from. Nothing here is estimated or inferred. Prices were checked on 26 July 2026 and they do move.
Why do some services show no price?
Because they do not publish one. Paraguay, Mexico and the credit mentorship are priced on the call rather than on the page, and the two bank accounts publish a yearly line and an opening deposit but no set-up figure. We would rather show a blank than a number we cannot stand behind.
Is this everything I would pay?
No. Government fees, travel, and anything specific to your own country or tax position sit outside these numbers, because they depend on you rather than on the service. Armenia is the clearest example: its published cost is a government route, not a service fee.
Does the timeline start when I pay?
Generally when the documents are in, not when the payment clears. Where a timeline depends on a government queue, such as the IRS for an ITIN, no provider controls that part and the figure shown is the end-to-end quote rather than their own turnaround.
